Abstract
In January, 1966, some mathematicians and physicists, invited by the Secretary of the Fachbereich Physik of the Forschungsgemeinschaft [of the Academy], met to exchange their views on the relation between the disciplines they represented. The discussion was based on the ‘Thesen zum gegenwaertigen Verhaeltnis zwischen Mathematik und Physik’ (Theses on the Present Relation between Mathematics and Physics’) which have been published in the meantime.1
