Abstract

Experiments at Lyngby-Tårbaek’s municipal purification plant in Brede using mechanically purified water and a suspension of some 10% calcium hydroxide are accounted for. The characteristic parameters pH, alkalinity, turbidity, COD, o-phosphate, total phosphate, calcium and magnesium were studied.
