Abstract
Mist elimination from flowing gases is an important field, although this is not fully recognized yet. Mist eliminators are used for process gas cleaning and exhaust gas cleaning. Different types of eliminators, their functions as well as their possible installations, are accounted for. The article ends with an example of calculation.
