Abstract
We would present 7 cases of sectorial pigmentary retinopathy. In 5 patients, the ophthalmoscopically visible dystrophic lesions were localized to the inferior half of the retina. Three of them showed in addition a generalized cone dysfunction. In the last 2 patients, the dystrophic process seemed confined to the nasal sector of the retina.
