Abstract
The president announced that, as a result of the postal ballot of the members of the commission, the following names were proposed for the new officers and the organising committee, for approval by the general assembly: President, C.A. Murray; Vice-President, H.K. Eichhorn; C.O., De Vegt Ch., Fredrick L.W., Gliese W., Harrington R.S., Lacroute P., Potters M.J., van Altena W.
