Microfabricated Polycarbonate CE Devices for DNA Analysis

  • Conference paper
Micro Total Analysis Systems 2001

Abstract

The microchip CE devices were fabricated in polycarbonate (PC) material by compression molding. Aqueous fluid transport inside the plastic CE devices was enhanced by UV irradiation treatment of the PC surfaces prior to thermal bonding. CE DNA separation was demonstrated in these PC CE devices.
