Abstract

The objective of this chapter is to present the views of the FEBC, the Forum for European Bioindustry Coordination, on the question of a Compliance Protocol to the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention. These views are to a large extent shared by industry in other parts of the world. As I shall explain, FEBC would very much like to become involved in the Geneva negotiation process.
