About the Coexistence of Two Phases in The Scni2B2C Borocarbide
As it has been claimed in  the tetragonal phase of ScNi2B2C borocarbide with lattice parameters a=3.34Å and c=10.2Å is metastable. Therefore a study of variation of prop@@@@@ erties of scandium borocarbide samples under annealing at different temperatures is of basic interest. We have investigated previously  the composition and superconducting properties of cast from the melt and annealed at temperatures above 700°C scandium borocarbide samples. In this paper we report the results of the investigation of scandium borocarbides annealed at lower temperatures (< 700°C).
