Abstract
Every European citizen produced in average about a half cubic meter of waste in 1950. It was three times more 25 years later. At present the average waste production per capita is about 300 kg yearly. The waste production makes yearly 3 million tons in the Czech Republic [5]. The waste of various origin, composition and endangerment level is dumped in numbered communal deposits. The waste selection is broadly absent. The dumped material can damage the neighbourhood heavily. Both the technical infrastructure and protection facilities of the dump on one hand, and the natural environment on the other hand impact the waste deposit security. In general, all natural factors and human activities have various impacts on the waste deposit.
