Abstract
CW destruction problems are closely associated with those of safety for human life and the biosphere in total. Particular attention to this problem is also bound up with the fact that a great deal of data has recently been accumulating about the substantial influence of potentially toxic compounds on human health at very low concentration levels. The concept “low concentrations” means concentrations close to maximum permissible threshold concentrations. This is the range of 10-6-10-9M. The lower concentrations are conditionally considered as ultralow.
