Abstract

The most complete study of the specific composition of macrophyte algae in Issyk-Kul belongs to T. Matyukova [1] who described vegetation assemblages in the Tyup gulf, in which the indented coastline and strongly uneven hydrochemical conditions have favoured proliferous development of various aquatic vegetation species.
