Abstract
It is quite understandable that human factors lie on the basis of the environmental situation decrease alongside with objectively gone global changes factors. Investigations of the environmental state of the Issyk-Kul Lake as any other natural object seem not to be full when limited by drawing the data of only natural sciences.
