Abstract
Desertification is only a part of many ecological problems. Glantz (1995) introduced the term “Accumulated Ecological Problems” (AEP). He included in the list of AEP such problems as acid rain, desertification, drought, deforestation, climate change, etc. Each of these problems is a result of a long accumulative process which can’t be identified by the people at once.
Andre Zeiten, ande Vögel!
Andre Vögel, andre Lieder!
Sie gefielen mir vielleicht,
Wenn ich andre Ohren hätte!
