Abstract
Primary UML notation does not model the HCI part neither the difference between requirements and design, nor that between information model and interface dependent objects. Recent works, such as OVID, Wisdom, or TUPIS (Toward a UML Profile for Interaction Systems) suggest enhancing UML and using it to model tasks, user representation, and dialogue. In accordance with OVID and Wisdom, this article suggests improving UML notation, with additional objects to support various user mental models and events driven systems. We define the adapter and view filter stereotypes in the interaction space, while publisher and listener are included in the task model.
