Abstract
Using electrodeless dielectrophoretic (EDEP) traps fabricated with silicone elastomer, in the contrary of the commonly used metallic DEP traps, we have demonstrated trapping of bacterial cells E. Coli (positive DEP) and its separation from blood cells (negative DEP) in various salt concentrations.
