Abstract
μeV energy resolution in the hard X-ray range could be achieved by employing X-ray resonators. An X-ray resonator with independently adjustable crystal mirrors has been designed and its time response was analyzed. Time response of the resonator with a decay time of 0.9 ns is observed, which corresponds to a resonance width of ≃ 0.73 μeV.
