Abstract
The investigation of regional environmental changes is necessary to forecast global environmental changes. On the basis of long-term measurements of thermodynamic parameters of the lower atmosphere the background fluctuations are determined, and the estimations of low-frequency trends are carried out. The study has allowed the identification of climatic trends for temperature. It is shown that the method of maximum entropy is one of the effective techniques to identify periodic components in long-term environmental data.
