Abstract

We describe the effect of quasilocalization on branes in theories with extra dimensions. In the context of brane world models quasilocalization leads to unusual low-energy processes, such as the decay of electron to nothing. We discuss emergence of quasilocalized states on the D-branes in the Higgs phase.
