Abstract
This is a very brief review of some results from Refs. [2] and [3]. Using holographic renormalization, we studied the renormalization group flow of a two- dimensional N = (4, 4) conformai field theory perturbed by a relevant operator, flowing to an infrared conformai fixed point. Having computed holographic correlators of the stress-energy tensor, we put together Zamolodchikov’s C-function, and contrasted it with proposals for a “holographic” C-function.
