Abstract
The modern development of engineering assumes significant spreading of the use of various functional materials for films, protective coatings, ultra dispersible powders, etc. One of the most universal methods for obtaining these materials is the method of chemical deposition from the gas phase: chemical vapour deposition (CVD) technology.
