Abstract

This study is a part of the research program that is being carried out within the NATO Science for Peace Project SfP977231 “Seismic Assessment and Rehabilitation of Existing Buildings” Within the framework of the research, a new retrofitting method is being experimentally investigated. The dynamical behavior of brick infilled reinforced concrete frames strengthened by Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers (CFRP) is also being studied. A 1/3- model of a R/C frame-wall structure with infill walls’ behavior has been analytically investigated. The construction of the test models is underway.
