Abstract
Electrophysiological tests, fluorescein angiography and psycho-physiological dark adaptation curves, were performed in 50 eyes with diabetic retinopathy, before and after Argon laser photocoagulation. These eyes belonged to 31 patients (16 men and 15 women), their ages ranging from 24–64 years. The duration of the diabetes was from 2 to 30 years, from the time of the first examination.
