Abstract
1. A number of adequately developed systems of deontic logic have been constructed during the past few decades. They are represented by G. H. von Wright, A. R. Anderson, A. N. Prior, G. Kalinovski, J. E. Fenstad, N. Rescher, H. N. Castañeda, A. Ivin and others. Initially, deontic studies were related to the tasks of logic itself, e.g. the problem of imperative inference. Subsequently an increasing attention has been paid to the practical application of deontic systems to moral, legal and other kinds of reasoning and interaction. It is manifested by the attempts to expand standard systems, to construct unparadoxical logics, etc.
