Periodic Splines

Periodic spline vectors, gained by a simple transformation from periodic splines, are introduced. Furthermore some interpolation problems are discussed. The equidistant case, leading to circulant matrices, yields explicit representation of the interpolating vector. This Lagrange type formula is discussed to some extent.
