Abstract
The future control of human reproduction depends on further development of contraceptive methods. So far only two principles are available in an employable state: ovulation-inhibitory methods and intrauterine devices, but development of a nonsystemic contraceptive device has grown to be one of the principal objectives at present. Based on already acquired knowledge and practical experience a body of experts who are able to give professional or technical advice in relation to such development has come into existence.
