Abstract
Sudden death is, according to our present knowledge, most frequent in industrial countries of North America and Europe. The majority of victims have significant coronary heart disease(1, 2, 3, 4);however, acute myocardial infarction, or acute thrombosis, are found at autopsy in only a small percentage of the cases (3).
