Abstract

Male factors, either absolute or relative may be the cause of infertility in about 40% of childless couples (Speroff et al. 1975). Retrograde ejaculation into the urinary bladder, a result of inadequate closure of the internal sphincter of the urethra, is an infrequent cause of male infertility but during recent years its incidence appears to be on the increase (Schram 1976).
