Abstract
The theory developed so far consists of explicit specifications of a number of basic concepts. Among these basic concepts are the notions of a multitude of capabilities structuring labor force and labor pay, of the distinction between capability stocks and effective capability supply, and, concomitantly, of effort as the discrepancy between capability stock and capability supply.
