Part of the Series Entomologica book series (SENT, volume 20)

Summary

Caddis flies in Baltic amber are common. Since Ulmer’s extensive study — Die Trichopteren des Baltischen Bernsteins (1912) — 152 species belonging to 56 genera have been described. Our aim is to call attention again to the Baltic amber caddis flies and to reawaken interest in fossil Trichoptera.
