The classical Euler-Poisson-Darboux equation in ℝ² is

$$\frac{{{\partial ^2}u}}{{\partial {y^2}}} - \frac{{{\partial ^2}u}}{{\partial {x^2}}} - \frac{{2\mu }}{x}\,\,\,\,\frac{{\partial u}}{{\partial x}} = 0\,\,,$$
