Abstract
In the last chapter I proposed correlations for the families D0 and D1 and for the initial Sorts of other families; the conclusion was that, taken together, these rational Sorts imply the physical existence of a structure which I called U, to which we could attach a few of the properties associated with space-time, notwithstanding its essentially discrete character. In this chapter I shall turn to consider the only infinite rational Sort which has a legitimate bearing on empirical matters D∞0, and with its help I shall elucidate further the structure of space-time, to the point where its more familiar features appear, together with others less familiar, not to say bizarre.
