Vascular Change in Main Bronchi of Sarcoidosis

In 1978 at the WCB in Tokyo, we reported the bronchial involvement in patients with sarcoidosis and pointed out the profuse, small, engorged vessels, appeared as a network, in bronchoscopic findings and existence of vascular change histologically in biopsied specimens. Now, we report vascular changes in bronchial wall of sarcoidosis in detail.
