  • What are the total numbers of people involved in public sector training (procedures and recipients)?

  • What is the distribution of employees trained (e.g., blue-collar, clerical, professional, and management)?

  • What is the purpose of this training?

  • What are the similarities or differences between federal training patterns and those of state and local governments?
