In this short review of paediatric urology space permits only a summary of some distinctive differences from the concepts of adult disease and a brief synopsis of some of the more important lesions encountered in children. Reference should be made to the chapter on Embryology and Congenital Abnormalities (chapter I) and the suggested Further Reading as well as to the appropriate chapters on specific conditions.
