SOP/MET/260 Preparation of Biological Samples for Analysis of Radioactivity
Processing of biological samples in a form suitable for radioactivity analysis forms a major part of the function of the Area. Most of the biological samples contain compounds labelled with ‘soft’ β-emitters (14C or 3H) and the following procedures are designed to detail the processing requirements of these samples.
