Abstract

INTERPLAY is a linked econometric model for six countries of the European (Economic) Community, i.e. Belgium (B), France (F), the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG, or D), Italy (I), the Netherlands (NL) and the United Kingdom (UK), based on a postwar sampling period (1953–1975).

The author wishes to thank T. Dunnewijk, W. Groenendaal, M. Janssens and C. van Zendert for very helpful advice and computations; and Mrs. G. van Group for quick and skillful typing. Obviously only author is responsible for any remaining deficiencies.
