Abstract

The final chapter of the manuscript deals with Christ and the Christian Religion. Like many unbelievers de Vallone finds that he cannot attack the person of Christ or his doctrine. But there seems to be more than this. One really feels the presence of a genuine respect for Christ and his teaching, though the latter suffers a conversion to suit de Vallone’s own system.
