Abstract
This advanced seismic data acquisition system has been designed to meet the demand for more recording channels. Today, instruments can record 100 channels but multi—conductor cables and their plugs are a source of time consuming and costly maintenance. Recording 100 channels or more, as required by newly developing methods, calls for the use of Telemetry systems.
