Cf. par exemple: George J. Benston et Clifford W. Smith, J.., “A Transactions Cost Approach to the Theory of Financial Intermediation”, The Journal of Finance, mai 1976, pp. 215–231.
Johnston, “Banks International Lending Decisions and the Determination of Spreads on Syndicated Medium-term Euro-credits”, Discussion Paper n° 12, Bank of England, London, Sept. 1980.
The International Operations of National Firms: A Study of Direct Foreign Investment, M.I.T. The Industrial Economics of Foreign Investment”, Economica, N.S. London, 1971, pp. 1–27.
