Abstract
The cases and questions in this chapter illustrate the diagnostic dilemmas which headache can pose for the family physician. Migraine, tension headache, headache of musculoskeletal origin, headaches arising from intracranial conditions and hypertension, headache accompanying infection, and other causes of headache are exemplified.
