Abstract

The purpose of this chapter is to provide the reader with an opportunity to apply some of the biochemical and nutritional information presented in the preceding chapters. Due to limited space, the questions are few and arbitrary in nature and are not meant to be all-encompassing. The solutions require application of metabolic knowledge and principles. It is the hope of the authors that these exercises might serve as examples for an approach to future problem-solving.
