Abstract
We have succeeded in developing a monolayer tissue culture of cells having the major characteristics of juxtaglomerular cells-termed JG-like cells. This was accomplished by following a suggestion made by Khayat, Lewis, and Smeby [5] of the Cleveland Clinic.
