Abstract

In a previous paper we have suggested a modification of the Armaly—Drance glaucoma screening strategy suitable for computerized Goldmann perimetry. This so called ‘Genoa Glaucoma Screening’ program has been applied to a large group of patients affected by ocular hypertension without visual field defect detectable by standard kinetic perimetry. In comparison with traditional screening strategies our program has shown many advantages and few disadvantages.
