Abstract

After a brief overview of current arrangements within Western Europe for the supply of documents between libraries, I shall consider what progress is being made towards providing more effective services through the use of electronic methods, and finally discuss some of the issues that have been identified and which need to be addressed as a result of the move towards electronic publishing and document delivery.
