Abstract
The Cosmological acceleration effect described by (5.1.3),
consists of two parts. The second part, ṙ/t, is the larger; it is the acceleration (or ‘stretch’ effect) in the direction of motion which affects any movement of particles or radiation due to the expansion of the substratum.
