Abstract
In practical applications the motion of the system of N material points is often described, especially when N=3, in a rotating frame of reference. The equations of motion in such a frame can be applied e.g. to the study of motion of a body with infinitely small mass nearby the equilibrium points or to the study of the moon’s motion.
