Abstract
The kinetics of lead-210 (administered intravenously as nitrate) microdistribution in the shaft of tibia and femur of male Chinchilla-like rabbits, aged 12 months was investigated. Lead-210 concentration in growing parts of periosteum and endosteum and in compact bone was measured by autoradiographic method.
