  • Chapter
Oceanic Whitecaps

Part of the book series: Oceanographic Sciences Library ((OCSL,volume 2))

Abstract

The aim of this article is the determination of an ‘effective reflectance of whitecaps’ which allows the use of the W(U) values from the literature to describe the optical influence of whitecaps in the solar spectral range.
