Abstract

This contribution deals with a qualitative and quantitative discussion of the uncertainty of force generated by the 2 MN dead weight primary force standard (KNME 2 MN) of the ASMW and with the application of tension force transfer standards developed in the ASMW laboratory for force measurements.
