Abstract
This paper reports a booster effect obtained under field conditions by using a combined inactivated Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis vaccine containing the classic M and two Dutch variant (D274 and D1466) infectious bronchitis virus serotypes. An additional vaccination at 16 weeks of age with this vaccine gave a superior level of immunity to that obtained using only live vaccines.
